Services. Sugarland XPRS, LLC provides Airport Transfer Service, Corporate Car Service, Executive Chauffeur Service, Black Car Service, Luxury Car Service, Private Car Service and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://executivecarservicesugarland.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sugarland XPRS, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Sugarland XPRS, LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Sugarland XPRS, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Sugarland XPRS, LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Sugarland XPRS, LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Sugarland XPRS, LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
